If you’re reading this, you are probably wondering why you or a loved one should choose Berger & Brown.
We have three reasons:
First, we work hard. For our firm, reputation is everything: with the judges, with other attorneys, and with the community. Every single case as an opportunity to show off and prove our reputation as excellent hardworking advocates.
Second, we are smart. Both Sean and Alex excelled in law school, graduating at the top of their class. They both did law review, both are published, both defended philosophy theses, both excelled at moot court, etc. At Berger & Brown, we look for the creative solution and fight for the hard case. We listen, we research, and we think outside of the box.
Third, we have the right kind of experience. We have the energy, but we draw our strength from others and rely on mentors. For family law, we have Dwight Hurich as part of our firm. He has done hundreds of family law cases for over the last thirty years and consults with us for our clients. For personal injury, we have a network of seasoned personal injury attorneys that we can consult to make sure we are getting our clients everything possible. In bankruptcy practice, Sean is mentored by the most experienced bankruptcy attorney in Gillette, Felix Sowada.
For every case, we bring these three things to the table: hard work, intelligence, and experience. Call for a free consultation to see what we can do for you!

For family law and bankruptcy, Berger & Brown charges flat fees—so you know exactly what you are paying up front and there are no unexpected bills or hidden costs. Each fee is different depending on your case complexity, your ability to pay, and the parties involved. We often take installment payments. If a contested case settles, we often waive part of the fee, which is written into the representation agreement. If we decide that yours is a case we want to take and you want Berger & Brown as your attorneys, we will negotiate a fee that works for everyone. For all personal injury matters, we charge what is called a contingency fee, which means we do not get paid unless we recover for you.
